Product Update: Company Page QR Codes, Drag & Drop Form Builder and More

We're pleased to announce a number of new features to help improve your employer brand and streamline the application process.

Perhaps the biggest change is our all-new drag & drop form builder that can greatly reduce the time and effort required to screen candidates.

You will also find template application types so you can create screening forms quickly and easily, without starting from scratch every time.

Lastly, we introduced some minor tweaks and fixes to make your SeeMeHired experience even more seamless.

Let's look at these and more changes in detail.

Company page QR codes

In addition to creating job post QR codes, you can now generate a company career page QR code as well. This means you can download and print a PDF with a special QR code leading to your company jobs page - ideal when you're exhibiting at a careers fair or advertising in public places like job centres.

Log in to your account and head over to Settings > Company Profile > Download PDF to get your company page QR code.

Screen candidates easier with drag & drop and new filtering questions

We've now added new question types to help you screen and segment your candidates in more detail. You can also drag and drop questions into your application form so it's super easy to build and edit.

In addition, you can now use conditional logic (if this, then that) to only display a field when a certain answer is given. This functionality enables more smart rules to streamline your application process.

Application types

Whenever you create or edit a job, you will now have the option to select a standard application type to speed up your workflow.

Think of application types as common templates for your application forms. For example, you can select a CV application if you want to start your form with a field to upload a resume. If you select a "No CV" application, the form will automatically ask for the candidate's education and work history instead.

Head over to your account and create or edit an existing job to try it out.

Improved integration with Indeed

Your candidates can now apply directly on the Indeed website using Indeed Apply - and they still get added to your SeeMeHired workflow without even visiting your website or vacancy page.

This streamlines the application process and helps you attract more candidates from the most popular job board in the world. It also enhances the candidate experience since they have to complete fewer steps to apply.

Let your brand shine

Every new job you publish will focus exclusively on you as an employer, removing all SeeMeHired branding even on our Starter plan.

This small tweak can help you build a better first impression with candidates and avoid any confusion regarding the application process.

Bug fixes and other improvements

We squashed a few bugs and added speed and reliability improvements for a delightful product experience. You will also find a few sleek UI changes so things are always where you'd expect them to be.

What's next?

We hope these new additions will make your life a bit easier and help you find and hire the right talent faster.

And there’s more to come - stay tuned for new improvements throughout the next year and beyond.

In the meantime, we’d love it if you try out the new functionality and let us know if you have feedback. Most of these new features are a result of your direct suggestions so we take every comment into account.
