Call Centre Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Telesales department at Darwin Escapes! Great competitive salary plus commission!
We are looking for a Call Centre Advisor to join our Head Office team at Talacre Beach Resort in Flintshire, North Wales.
This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 33 hours across 5 days, typical shift times would be 9am-3:45pm or 2:30pm – 8pm with weekend work on a rota basis.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About the role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Call Centre Advisor will
· Provide information to prospective buyers about our products, resorts and locations.
· Arrange viewings for buyers with our Sales teams and follow up enquiries.
· Deal with any sales and holiday home ownership enquiries promptly.
· Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from our Company database.
· Handle all telephone calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage however not essential as full in-house training will be provided. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive work ethic. A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage for easy commute to and from the resort. Basic computer knowledge is required for this role.
