Sales Support
As part of our ongoing expansion with the new MG Belfast showroom in Boucher Crescent we are seeking to recruit an organised, knowledgeable and engaging Sales Support Administrator.
Working closely with the sales team this person will be an key player ensuring the smooth running of customer care and sales administration. So are you the experienced administrator we are looking for to help deliver the ultimate Mervyn Stewart experience?
About the role

This key player will actively help ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining good relations with the sales team, ensuring records are kept accurately and up-to-date
Vehicle ordering and taxing will be part of the responsibility for this person so completing tasks in a timely manner and being able to perform well under time constraints is important
Following processes and procedures are key so the ability to do so is a must within this role
Within in a busy retail environment Interacting with customers and helping keep them informed throughout the Sales process is key so good verbal and written communication skills are important
As part of a new team drive and enthusiasm will help build the success
What you will need
Required criteria
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Proficient with IT and confident operating software solutions
- Ability to operate effectively in a team environment showing flexibility when required
- Ability to work within agreed time constraints in a busy retail environment
Desired criteria
- Experience administrator within a franchised motor dealership
