We’re looking for a driven, passionate, and knowledgeable individual to work independently and with the Head of Commercial to bring on new clients across the nation. You will form close relationships and discover the challenges your potential clients face, helping them to map out a solution to achieve success. You will be comfortable pitching over the phone, face to face, and virtually, with a determination to grow our clients brands as well as our own.
The role would suit someone with a good understanding of digital marketing, which is a must for this role. Preference will be given to those who have been in a sales role or managing digital marketing campaigns, looking for a role that offers personal and professional development within a supportive and welcoming team.
About the role
ROLE: Commercial Sales Exec - Digital Marketing
LOCATION: Folkestone, Kent, or remote with occasional visits to the office
PACKAGE: £20,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped commission and benefits
• Help drive the growth of a Digital Agency, selling digital marketing solutions to local, national, and international clients
• Networking, qualifying leads, leading pitches and proposals alongside in-house specialists
• Working closely with the Head of commercial and the team, bringing on new clientsThe Person:
• Experience of selling or working on digital marketing (knowing SEO, Paid Search, Social, and Content is key!)
• Knowledge of/Experience in planning approaches, marketing strategies or pitches
• Proven record of achieving sales targets or running successful campaigns for clients or in-house
• Experienced in writing compelling new business pitches or growth plans
• Evidence of working in a team environment towards a common goal.
• High attention to detail and able to work in an organised and professional manner.
• Possess an understanding of the consultative sales process.
• Able to work with a degree of autonomy and achieve results.
• Ability to generate leads through networking and attending events, researching and building prospect lists, reviving old contacts as well as following up on internal leads
