About the role
A sample of the duties for the above function include:
Food and Beverage Team Member
· Welcoming guests in a warm, friendly and courteous manner at all times
· Preparation of restaurant/bar, setting table placement ensuring cleanliness of crockery and cutlery
· Taking food and drink orders
· Meals and drinks to be served efficiently and with minimum delay/ wastage.
· Answering the telephone and taking reservations for restaurant and accommodation.
