About the role
About You
You will thrive in this role if you have:
A recognised beauty therapy qualification (CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO or equivalent) with at least 1 year’s experience
Strong skills across a variety of treatments: facials, massage, makeup, spray tanning, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, and gel polish
A genuine passion for skincare, with excellent consultation and homecare recommendation skills
Experience with premium brands such as Medik8 and O.P.I (an advantage but not essential)
A commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene, safety, and professional standards
A friendly, positive, and guest-focused approach
Your Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will:
Deliver expert skin and beauty treatments tailored to each guest’s needs
Carry out thorough skin consultations and recommend suitable homecare products
Promote retail products and additional spa services to enhance the guest experience
Maintain excellent spa presentation and adhere to all hygiene and safety protocols
Work collaboratively within a supportive, passionate team
