Security Guard
We are currently looking for a Security Guard to join our team at New Pines Holiday Home Park
Key Responsibilities of the job:
• Carry out regular patrols of the park, buildings and grounds
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff and property
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies or disturbances
• Manage access control and check credentials where required
• Assist with guest enquiries in a polite and professional manner
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
• Support health and safety procedures across the park
• Liaise with emergency services when necessary
• Ensure all security equipment is used and maintained correctly
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a security role is desirable
• A valid SIA licence (or willingness to obtain one)
• A calm, professional and approachable manner
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A reliable, flexible and responsible approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
