Maintenance Team Member
Roydon Marina Village is a bustling holiday park and marina in the Lea Valley Regional Park. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised person to join our maintenance team.
Main Purpose of Job:Maintenance and repairs to the hire fleet hot tubs & lodges (interior and exterior), hotel buildings and rooms and the marina.
To test and maintain all hire fleet lodge hot tubs to a high and exacting standard as per risk assessments and method statements.
To operate as part of the maintenance team, carrying out maintenance and routine, proactive, and reactive works in the public areas of Roydon Marina Village.
To undertake general maintenance work of the hire fleet lodges and hotel rooms, using a variety of machinery and hand tools in accordance with quality standards, work instructions, and specifications within maintenance management Daily Tasks Sheets, Reactionary Job Sheets, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.
Reporting Responsibility:Reports to the Maintenance Manager and the Operations Director.

Education and Qualifications:
Good standard of education.
Must possess a full clean UK driving licence.
Experience:
Previous handyman/grounds maintenance experience desirable.
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to maintain a smart appearance.
Professional with a team-focused approach and excellent customer service skills.
Problem-solving mindset.
Flexible approach to working arrangements and ability to align working hours with customer demand and workload.
The role will require weekend working
