About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with kitchen standards
Oversee food production, rotation, and proper labeling to ensure optimal freshness and compliance
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in line with HACCP and I.S. 340 Manual
Support and contribute to staff training, development, and team performance
Manage mise en place for your section and ensure timely service during busy periods
Use food and kitchen resources efficiently to maximize profitability
Follow all health and safety procedures and wear the correct uniform at all times
Take responsibility for your section, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
Contribute ideas for menu development and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Passionate about food, with a strong eye for detail and presentation
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and HACCP
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, flexible, and committed to working to high standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
