Complex & Facility CleaningClean and maintain all public and communal areas including reception, leisure facilities, toilets, changing rooms, and corridorsEnsure floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed as requiredClean and sanitise high-touch areas such as door handles, handrails, and surfacesMaintain cleanliness of gym, poolside, or spa areas (where applicable)Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with park proceduresReplenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels


Outdoor & Park AreasMaintain cleanliness of external communal areas including pathways, entrances, and bin areasLitter pick and ensure grounds around facilities are tidy and presentableAssist with seasonal cleaning tasks as required


Guest ExperienceEnsure all public-facing areas are clean, presentable, and welcoming at all timesRespond politely and professionally to guest queries when approachedReport any maintenance issues, hazards, or damages promptly


Team SupportWork collaboratively with the facilities and housekeeping teamsSupport other departments where required during busy periodsFollow company cleaning schedules and checklists


Health & SafetyUse cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in line with COSHH regulationsFollow all health and safety procedures and company policiesEnsure wet floor signs and safety measures are used when requiredMaintain safe storage of cleaning materials and equipment
