Fiadh Restaurant Supervisor (Full Time)
The Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney is currently seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Fiadh Restaurant.
We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Restaurant Supervisor to support the smooth daily running of our restaurant and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Lead your team with positivity, professionalism, and pride.
Ensure excellent customer service, handle queries, and act on guest or staff feedback.
Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and performance, addressing issues promptly.
Uphold all Health & Safety procedures, ensuring equipment, chemicals, and cleaning schedules are used correctly and safely.
Deliver daily pre‑service briefings and attend weekly operations meetings.
Communicate team goals, feedback, and upcoming promotions clearly and consistently.
Take action on any issues raised to support the success of the department.

Excellent communication skills, able to deliver clear briefings and keep the team aligned on goals and promotions.
A strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Working Hours:
Full-time position with a mix of straight and split shifts
Availability required for shifts across a 7-day rota, including weekends and holidays
