Talent Partner
Role Overview
The Talent Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for designated homes and regions. This includes proactive sourcing, interviewing, data reporting, and ensuring the delivery of a high‑quality candidate experience. The Talent Partner also plays a key role in contributing to weekly and monthly recruitment performance reporting to support operational decision‑making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles including Head office staff, Residential Support Workers, Residential Care/ Social care workers, Team Leaders, Deputy Managers and Home Managers.
Partner with Home Managers and Regional Managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver timely, effective hiring strategies.
Conduct CV screening, phone interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule, coordinate and complete interviews, ensuring clear communication and follow‑up.
Ensure all interview notes are recorded in detail
Ensure job adverts are accurate, engaging, and posted across all platforms including ATS (See Me Hired), job boards, and social channels.
Attend Recruitment fairs and Career days
Manage logistical arrangements for international hires, including airport pickup and first‑day onboarding support to ensure a positive transition into the organisation.
Stakeholder & Hiring Engagement
Build strong relationships with Home Managers to provide recruitment guidance and best‑practice support.
Hold regular check‑ins with Home managers regarding recruitment needs.
Escalate delays or challenges in the hiring process to Talent Manager and Regional Managers where needed.
Work collaboratively with the broader Talent Acquisition team to share insights and solutions.
Data, Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate candidate information and progress updates within See Me Hired and internal trackers.
Contribute to weekly and monthly recruitment reports, including:
Interview volumes
Time‑to‑hire metrics
Vacancy levels per region
Conversion rates and offers made
Highlight trends, risks, or areas needing improvement to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Ensure personal KPIs and team targets (including daily interview targets) are consistently met and recorded.
Process, Compliance & Candidate Experience
Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with Ashdale Care compliance requirements, values, and safeguarding principles.
Provide a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition team.
Ensure GDPR compliance in all candidate handling and data management.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in‑house or agency).
Strong stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to advise and influence.
Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally See Me Hired.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
Comfortable working toward targets, KPIs, and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong administrative and reporting capability (Excel/Google Sheets).
