We’re expanding our newly formed Marketing Team and are looking for a talented Digital Content Creator to help bring our brand to life across social media, our website, campaigns and internal communications. This is a full-time role ideal for someone with a few years of experience and who’s ready to take the next step and make a real impact. About the role
The Digital Content Creator will be based at our Support office in Cardiff, however the role will require frequent travel to the various care homes in the group, therefore it is essential that the post holder is a driver.
Responsibilities*:
Capturing photography and video that showcases life in our homes.
Creating short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Supporting in brochure and newsletter creation.
Producing polished video edits, interviews, graphics and digital assets.
Supporting the Head of Marketing with campaigns, storytelling, and content planning.
Building positive relationships across our homes to ensure a steady flow of great content.
Supporting in social media and website management.

Essential Requirements:
A creative content producer with proven experience in photography/videography.
Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar).
Someone who understands how to create engaging social content.
A people‑person who is confident meeting staff and residents.
Someone organised, proactive, and eager to grow with a new team.
Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings / weekends for key events
An understanding of and adherence to Caron Group’s ethos
Desirable:
Experience working in health, social care, housing, or community-based sectors
Understanding of brand voice, tine and visual identity
Basic copywriting skills
Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Tik Tok Analytics, etc)
Someone organised, proactive, and eager to grow with a new team
Understandung of SEO
Flexible approach to tasks and teamwork and working occasional evenings / weekends for key events
An understanding of and adherence to Caron Group’s ethos
