Group Compliance Officer

Caron Group is a family of care homes across mid and south Wales. Our ethos is to provide quality care and ensure that privacy, dignity and choice for our residents is at the core of everything we do. We have been operating in the care sector for twenty four years and specialise in residential, nursing and dementia care for older people.

We work closely with Local Authority and NHS partners to deliver high-quality care within the sector’s financial constraints. We are continuing to grow and develop as an organisation and are committed to strengthening our governance, oversight and compliance arrangements as part of that journey.

We are a values-led organisation with a strong sense of purpose and a collaborative culture. We believe that good compliance supports good care, and that clear systems and strong oversight help managers and staff to do their jobs well.

As a central support function, you will have the opportunity to influence practice across multiple services, work closely with experienced professionals from different disciplines, and develop your expertise within a supportive and engaged leadership team. We are committed to ongoing professional development and to creating roles that are meaningful, respected and impactful.
