We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Cluster Human Resources Administrator to support the HR function across two leading hospitality properties in Donegal: Harvey’s Point Hotel, Donegal Town and Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny. Reporting directly to the Cluster Human Resources Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Harvey’s Point is a 4 star luxury Donegal hotel set in the idyllic surroundings of Lough Eske with the Bluestack mountains in the background.
The hotel has been at the forefront of the luxury hotel scene for over 30 years and comprises of 101 beautiful bedrooms offering breathtaking scenery at every turn.
About Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny
The Radisson Blu Hotel Letterkenny is a centrally located 4-star hotel offering 114 modern rooms, dining, and a leisure centre with a pool and gym. It is popular for both leisure and business stays, with strong conference facilities and a reputation for comfort and convenience.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR departments across both hotels
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation
Support payroll administration and employee queries
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
About the role
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, or a strong interest in developing a career in HR
Currently studying HR, or a related field (or recently graduated) is an advantage but not essential
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and people skills, with a friendly and professional approach
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy environment
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to travel between Donegal Town and Letterkenny as required
