Job Title: Construction Site Traffic Marshal

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Banksman to join our team on a busy construction site. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe movement of vehicles, plant, and personnel, helping maintain a secure working environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and guide vehicles and heavy plant safely on site
Ensure all vehicle movements comply with site safety procedures
Communicate clearly with drivers and machine operators using agreed signals
Maintain awareness of pedestrian safety and segregated walkways
Assist with deliveries and ensure safe loading/unloading practices
Report hazards, near misses, or unsafe practices immediately
Support site management in enforcing health and safety standards
Requirements
Valid Banksman/Traffic Marshal certification (e.g. CPCS or NPORS)
Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and awareness skills
Ability to stay alert and work in a fast-paced environment
CSCS card (preferred/required depending on site)
