Hot Tub Maintenance Assistant
About the Role:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Hot Tub Maintenance Assistant to join our team at one of Darwin Escapes’ beautiful holiday destinations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards and is passionate about delivering a clean, safe and well-presented environment for guests. In this role, you will support both the upkeep of the park grounds and the maintenance of hot tubs across our accommodation, helping to ensure a high-quality guest experience at all times.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is practical, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
This is a fixed term, full-time position working variable days, including weekends and bank holidays.
About the Park:
Our holiday park offers a relaxing and welcoming environment, with high-quality accommodation, landscaped grounds and premium facilities including private hot tubs. Maintaining these standards is key to ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out general grounds maintenance including grass cutting, strimming, planting and landscaping
• Clean, maintain and service hot tubs to ensure they meet company and safety standards
• Test and monitor water quality, ensuring correct chemical levels are maintained
• Conduct regular checks of hot tubs, plant equipment and outdoor areas
• Ensure all grounds, accommodation exteriors and hot tub areas are clean, tidy and well-presented
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs across the park
• Respond to maintenance and hot tub-related requests in a timely manner
• Handle and store chemicals safely in line with health & safety guidelines
• Support with waste management and general upkeep of the park
• Work closely with other departments to support the overall guest experience
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
About the role
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, facilities or a similar role is desirable
• Experience with hot tubs or water treatment is advantageous but not essential (training can be provided)
• Practical skills with a good understanding of basic maintenance tasks
• Awareness of health & safety procedures, particularly around chemicals and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A commitment to maintaining high standards
