We’re recruiting an ambitions eCommerce Manager to lead our expanding online team and drive the next phase of our digital growth.

 This role is suited to a strategic, commercially minded thinker with strong financial discipline, proven ownership of P&L and a proven track record in year on year online growth.

About the role

Job Purpose:

 As the eCommerce Manager, you will lead the growth and performance of our online retail business, driving sales, optimising the customer journey and ensuring our digital presence reflects the quality and service of our stores.  You’ll be shaping trading strategy, enhance omni channel integration and work cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high impact online experience that supports our commercial goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead, develop and motivate the eCommerce team to achieve business goals.

  • Drive Collaboration, performance and professional growth

  • Own the eCommerce P&L - managing budgets and driving profitable growth

  • Develop and execute the online strategy to improve conversion, AOV, traffic & retention

  • Evaluate trading performance and market trends to guide key commercial decisions.

  • Report KPIs and financial performance to senior leadership

  • Manage platform providers, agencies, marketing partners & logistic vendors

  • Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs and ensure ROI

  • Identify and onboard new partners to support growth

  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless online experiences and objectives

  • Drive operational readiness for peak trading periods

     

Experience & Attributes

  • 3+ years proven eCommerce management experience with demonstrated ownership of online P&L with a track record of delivering sustained revenue and profit growth

  • Strong background in digital trading, merchandising and conversion optimisation

  • Hands‑on experience with eCommerce platforms, CMS, analytics tools, and UX optimisation

  • Proven ability to manage external agencies, technology partners, and marketplace relationships

  • Experience in leading and motivating a team

  • Ideally experienced in fashion, home or lifestyle retail environments

  • Experience with Shopify platform is beneficial
