Accounts Payable
Job Purpose:
The Accounts Payable role is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of the accounts payable function in line with company policies and financial procedures. The position supports accurate financial reporting through the timely processing of supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments.
This is a fixed Term contract of 6 months

Accounts Payable Key Duties and Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES
Accounts Payable
· Match all invoices with purchases orders, receiving documents, etc.
· Processing of all invoices through procurement system and accounts package
· Reconcile supplier statements monthly and handle supplier and internal inquiries
· Investigate and resolve supplier queries and internal payment inquiries.
· Prepare supplier payments
Skillset required
- Strong numerical ability
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with Sage Line 50 (preferred)
- Proficiency of Microsoft Excel
- Strong people and communications skills
- Ability to work with management in a fast-paced environment
- Operate at the highest level of integrity and transparency
- While experience in the Hotel sector is not essential it would be beneficial
