Restaurant Manager- Snaffles Restaurant
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operation of Snaffles, ensuring the delivery of outstanding food, service, and guest satisfaction.
You will lead and motivate the team, maintain high standards, and work closely with both the culinary and management teams to consistently elevate the dining experience.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service
Oversee daily operations including reservations, service flow, and guest interactions
Train, develop, and support staff to ensure high performance and professional growth
Maintain service standards, presentation, and atmosphere in line with Castle Leslie expectations
Work closely with the Head Chef to coordinate menus, specials, and service requirements
Manage staffing levels, rotas, and labour costs effectively
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Drive a positive, engaging, and supportive workplace culture
Assist in budgeting, reporting, and achieving financial targets
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high‑end or luxury dining environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
A genuine passion for hospitality, service, and guest experience
Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining calm, professional service
Knowledge of wine, food service, and fine dining standards
A hands‑on, guest‑focused approach
