Our Project Team is looking for a motivated Marketing Administrator to help elevate our internal and external communications. If you love content, organisation, and bringing ideas to life — this could be the perfect role for you!
About the role
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and some practical marketing experience, alongside an interest in communications, digital content and storytelling. As our Marketing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of engaging, accessible and consistent marketing activity across Leading Lives. You’ll play a central role in delivering consistent, engaging, and accessible marketing activity across our organisation, including:
✨ Supporting the creation and sharing of internal communications and promotional content
✨ Helping manage templates, content libraries and marketing records
✨ Assisting with scheduling campaigns, drafting posts and monitoring social media
✨ Gathering stories, photos and updates from services, colleagues and partners
✨ Ensuring all communications reflect our values and inclusive brand standards
✨ Working collaboratively with the Project Team, HR and services across Suffolk
This is a hands‑on, varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys being proactive, creative and well‑organised.

✔ Previous experience in a marketing role
