Job Title: F&B Assistant
Reports to: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Role: As part of the team, to ensure customer satisfaction by serving food and beverage as required, promptly, courteously and efficiently while maintaining a tight control over stocks and cash
Main Tasks:
1. Ensure that all opening and closing standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
2. To ensure courteous and prompt service
3. To ensure the cleanliness and presentation of all areas of the workplace and equipment within your scope of responsibility to the highest standards
4. Clean the bar and seating area, clear and clean tables as necessary, replenish rinse and change optics
5. Reporting and dealing with any faults, repairs or breakages of equipment
6. Stock up and merchandise shelves and fridges and ensure all stock is date rotated
7. Preparation and service of all food and beverage products as required
8. Ensure compliance with standard operating till procedures
9. Comply with all legal requirements i.e. Licensing Act, Trades Descriptions, Weights and Measures, Food Hygiene Regulations
10. To keep a supply of washed and sanitised clean glasses throughout the period of service.
11. Understand and comply with cellar procedures
12. Understand and comply with standard operating procedures for all facilities/services
13. Not to leave the bar unattended
14. Ensure published selling prices are charged and received for all drinks sold
15. Record and facilitate restaurant and other bookings when required
16. Undergo/deliver training as required
17. Deal with customer enquiries or complaints to company standards
18. Always behave in a polite and courteous manner so as to be an ambassador for the company
19. Personal appearance at all times to be in accordance with company standards
20. To have an understanding and awareness of all products and facilities offered by the company
21. To be aware of and apply the provisions of the employee handbook
22. Understand and comply with health and safety requirements applicable to your role
23. Comply promptly with personnel and payroll procedures

1. Assist in the smooth running of the club’s operations to the required standard
2. To ensure observance of all statutory regulations and requirements
3. Identify opportunities to improve the standards of both service and presentation of the park
4. To ensure the highest possible standard of customer care
5. Not to bring the company into disrepute
6. To be dressed and presented appropriately to your role at all times
7. To deal effectively with customer enquiries as to products and services
8. To act at all times in accordance with company procedures and standards
9. To carry out your duties in a manner that ensures the safest environment for colleagues and guests alike
