The Role
Are you ready to bring your energy and enthusiasm to our events? We are on the hunt for vibrant Event Staff to join our dynamic team at Loaf Catering. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at customer service, and love making events shine, this job is for you.
Main Responsibilities
1. Set the Stage: Assist with setting up and breaking down events, ensuring everything looks perfect.
2. Guest Guru: Greet and welcome guests with a smile, making them feel at home.
3. Foodie Fun: Serve and handle food like a pro, keeping guests satisfied and happy.
4. Safety First: Ensure that all safety regulations are followed to keep everyone safe and sound.
5. Rule Keeper: Monitor the event area to make sure all guests are following the rules and regulations.
6. Service Star: Provide top-notch customer service to guests as needed.
7. Creative Helper: Assist with decorating and arranging events to match the theme and vibe.
8. Team Player: Collaborate with other team members to ensure the event runs smoothly.
9. Problem Solver: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the event with a positive attitude.
10. Clean-up Crew: Help with post-event clean-up and organisation.
About the role
What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
A degree in an arts discipline or substantial, relevant experience as a potter.
Proven expertise in:
Pottery processes and techniques.
Teaching pottery classes for various client groups.
Building and maintaining networks within the arts sector.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Desirable Criteria
Experience teaching participants with disabilities, learning difficulties, or autism.
Additional Information
