About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Running your own kitchen section with confidence, precision, and pride

  • Delivering high‑volume service across multiple outlets without compromising quality

  • Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior chefs

  • Maintaining top-tier food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP & H&S)

  • Collaborating with a passionate team to keep service smooth and efficient


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high‑volume kitchen

  • A love for local West Cork produce and exceptional food

  • Strong knowledge of modern food trends and plating standards

  • A positive, team-first attitude and great communication skills

  • Calmness under pressure and the ability to stay organised during busy service
