About the role
Key Responsibilities
Running your own kitchen section with confidence, precision, and pride
Delivering high‑volume service across multiple outlets without compromising quality
Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior chefs
Maintaining top-tier food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP & H&S)
Collaborating with a passionate team to keep service smooth and efficient
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high‑volume kitchen
A love for local West Cork produce and exceptional food
Strong knowledge of modern food trends and plating standards
A positive, team-first attitude and great communication skills
Calmness under pressure and the ability to stay organised during busy service
