About the role
Job Purpose:
You are responsible to maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry facility. You will clean, dry, fold, and organize laundry items according to standards. Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for the position.
Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to
Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and other textile items.
Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures.
You will follow laundering schedules and complete any necessary paperwork
Report any issues, concerns, or damage to individual’s belongings to the residents’ key worker.
Keeping an updated inventory of laundry detergents.
Ensuring that the facility always remains clean.
Ensuring that every resident has the opportunity for a professional laundering service that maintain and promotes our high standards.
