About the role
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Night Porter, you’ll be the friendly face and reassuring presence our guests rely on overnight.
Deliver warm, efficient, and professional service at all times
Assist guests with luggage, directions, and general queries
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and night reception duties
Support guest needs in the lobby (transport arrangements, amenities, requests)
Ensure the safety and security of guests and the hotel throughout the night
This role includes weekend shifts, with occasional daytime cover when required.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role (preferred)
A friendly, proactive approach with the ability to work independently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A calm, responsible, and professional manner
