Concierge
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front of House
Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and dedication.
Greet residents, families, visitors, and clients in a warm and courteous manner.
Deliver outstanding customer service with strong attention to detail.
Build and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with residents and stakeholders.
Handle enquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Answer telephones and manage the switchboard efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence where required.
Resident & Visitor Support
Assist with errands and day-to-day requests.
Provide recommendations for local services, dining, transport, and entertainment.
Arrange reservations, appointments, and transportation as required.
Coordinate accommodation, business, or entertainment bookings.
Liaise with external service providers and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Administrative & Operational Duties
Multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, enquiries, and service requests.
Support planning and coordination of activities and events where required.
Keep management informed of issues, updates, and operational matters.
Ensure the reception and front-of-house areas are maintained to a high standard.

Comply with all company policies and procedures relevant to the Concierge role.
Adhere to health and safety regulations in accordance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005.
Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment.

Candidate Profile
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Competent in telephone systems and basic administrative tasks.
