Graphic Designer
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, organised, and detail-oriented Graphic Design and Social Media Executive to support the visual identity and digital presence of Muve Training Academy. This role combines strong design capability with hands-on social media management to ensure consistent branding, engaging content, and measurable audience growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual materials across print and digital platforms while planning, creating, and managing social media content aligned with the academy’s objectives.
Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organisation.
Strong understanding of branding principles and visual consistency.
Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
Good written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Desirable
Experience within healthcare, education, or training sectors.
Knowledge of social media advertising.
Basic photography skills.
Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).

About the role
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design marketing materials including posters, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and internal branding assets.
Create digital graphics for social media, website, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.
Develop visual concepts for campaigns, events, course promotions, and academy initiatives.
Prepare artwork for print and liaise with external printers or suppliers when required.
Edit and enhance photos and basic video content for marketing use.
Social Media Management
Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with business goals.
Create engaging posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and provide monthly analytics reports.
Stay updated with trends to ensure relevant and engaging content.
Support paid advertising campaigns where required.
Brand & Marketing Support
Contribute to marketing campaign planning.
Support event promotion and internal communications.
Assist in maintaining website visual content.
Ensure all communications reflect professionalism and the academy’s values.
