Night Shifts Hours - 10pm -8am

About the role
Whether you're new to social care or you're an experienced care professional seeking a new opportunity we would love to hear from you.
As a Night care Assistant, you will:
Continence care, including pad changes and cream application.
Assistance with fluids and hydration support.
Mouth and oral care.
Transfers to commode or toilet.
Medication administration.
Providing respite by relieving family from full-time care duties.
Re-positioning to maintain comfort and prevent pressure damage.
Ensuring clients with cognitive impairments remain safe throughout the night.
