Wellbeing/Activities Lead
We are seeking a Wellbeing Lead to join our family of Care Homes. As a Wellbeing Lead at Caron Group, you will be involved with the planning, organisation and implementation of meaningful activities for the residents who live in your care home. You will be a caring and compassionate individual, with infectious enthusiasm and energy; providing opportunities for all of our residents to participate in and enjoy the available activities programme. You will provide support to the care staff to ensure that they know about and are engaged in the activities programme as well as helping the manager to organise fundraising events for the home. Our Wellbeing Leads take the time to get to know all of our residents and ensure that the programme of activities provides something for everyone. Sometimes you will be working on specific activities tailored to a resident's favourite hobby. Other times you'll be organising an inclusive group activity which includes the whole care home team. Whatever you're planning, you'll do so with the enjoyment and wellbeing of our residents at its heart. Every one of our residents is supported with respect, dignity and choice, in a safe and well-equipped environment which we hope they will regard as their home. We provide the highest levels of support and ensure that our residents are as happy as possible.
