About the role

Heanor Park is a 60 bedded care home consisting of residential rooms, and a dementia household.

As a Weekend Night Time Receptionist at Heanor Park, it will be Saturday cover only plus holiday cover when needed. Please do not apply if you are not able to do this.

Your main responsibilities will be to meet and greet visitors into to the home and to answer calls coming into the home, minute taking, and general administration for the home as requested by the home management team. You will also be responsible for the fire panel and procedure within the home.

You will be required to liaise with both residents and relatives arranging family and friend visitation as well as dealing with queries from doctors’ surgeries and other health professionals.

You will be expected to deal with calls regarding enquires about the home and be confident in conducting show-rounds of the home to potential residents and their families.

We are looking for someone with customer facing experience and who has a passion for providing an excellent service, is highly organised and looking for a challenge in a busy role.
