The Role

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist who thrives on human connection and has a knack for making complex SaaS products feel simple. You will be the primary guide for our new clients, taking them from "just signed" to "fully optimised."

This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You’ll be leading remote training sessions, solving problems on the fly, and acting as a proactive advocate for our users.

About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Remote Training: Conduct engaging, high-energy product walkthroughs via video for diverse client teams.

  • Drive Product Adoption: Ensure clients are utilising the full power of SeeMeHired’s features to meet their specific hiring goals.

  • Be a Proactive Partner: Identify potential "stuck points" before they happen and provide creative solutions to keep the onboarding process moving.

  • Build the Playbook: As a startup, we are always evolving. You’ll help refine our onboarding documentation and training materials.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales and Product teams to relay client feedback and improve the overall user experience.


What You Bring

  • The People Factor: A background in customer-facing roles where you’ve mastered the art of active listening and clear communication.

  • Startup DNA: You don't wait for a manual to be written—you help write it. You are comfortable with ambiguity and move fast.

  • Tech Savvy: You can troubleshoot on the fly and are comfortable navigating various CRM and webinar tools.

  • Engagement: You have the "it" factor. Even over a screen, you can keep a group focused, excited, and empowered.

What you will need

Required criteria

  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills.
  • 8 GCSE's grade C or above, including English and Maths.
  • Must have good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Experience of demonstrating a technical product.
  • At least 1 year of experience specifically training users remotely on a SaaS platform.

Desired criteria

  • Recruitment or HR consultancy experience.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking and HR platforms
