We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Dementia Support Worker who can bring confidence, empathy, and leadership to both residents and colleagues.

Day and night roles available
Part-time or full-time (24–48 hours per week)
Day shifts: 8am–8pm, 8am–2pm, 2pm–8pm
Night shifts: 8pm–8am
Alternative weekends required for full-time roles

About the role

As a Senior Dementia Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standard of person‑centred care. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate, tailored support to people living with dementia
Guiding and supporting less experienced staff
Building trusting relationships with residents, helping them feel safe, valued, and understood
Working collaboratively within a supportive team under the direction of a Team Leader
Maintaining accurate care records and upholding safety and quality standards
Your experience and presence will help shape a calm, reassuring, and positive environment.
✅ Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
Experience in dementia care (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience)
A genuine passion for supporting people living with dementia
Confidence, calmness, and resilience
Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach
Reliability and a commitment to high-quality care
