Group Revenue Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Group Revenue Analyst to support the Director of Revenue Optimisation across a growing portfolio of 18 hotels in Ireland, with further expansion planned.
This role sits within the centralised revenue management structure and provides operational revenue support across multiple properties, distribution channels, and market segments. The position plays a key role in supporting the execution of revenue strategies, managing complex systems and data environments, and supporting teams to optimize pricing, inventory, distribution, and direct channel performance, including brand websites.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations & Pricing Support
Assist in the development, execution, and continuous monitoring of pricing strategies by segment, channel, and room type.
Support demand-based pricing and forecasting decisions through detailed data analysis and performance tracking.
Identify revenue optimization opportunities and proactively highlight risks, variances, and performance gaps against forecast and budget.
Provide seasonal, product, campaign and channel performance analysis and attribution insights to support marketing and revenue teams
Systems, RMS & Distribution Management
Work across multiple Property Management Systems (PMS), ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
Utilize and support Revenue Management Systems (RMS) to analyse demand, pricing recommendations, and forecasting outputs.
Manage and maintain rate, restriction, and inventory updates across Channel Managers, Booking Engines, and brand websites.
Support inventory allocation and availability strategies to maximize revenue across direct and third-party distribution channels.
Monitor and optimize distribution channel performance, ensuring the optimal channel mix, cost efficiency, rate parity, and conversion.
Direct Channel & Brand Website Optimisation
Support the optimization of brand websites to increase direct bookings and improve conversion performance.
Deliver seasonal, product, campaign and channel performance analysis, including attribution insights to revenue and marketing.
Analyse website production metrics, booking behaviour, and end-to end funnel performance in close collaboration with Marketing teams.
Ensure pricing, availability, and content are accurately aligned across brand websites, booking engines, and third-party channels.
Contribute to direct channel strategies focused on reducing distribution costs and maximising overall profitability.
Analysis, Reporting & Business Intelligence
Produce and maintain regular revenue and distribution performance reports for the Director of Revenue Optimisation and senior stakeholders.
Analyse booking pace, pickup, segmentation trends, channel production, and forecast accuracy across the portfolio.
Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data manipulation) to manage large and complex datasets.
Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools and AI-enabled analytics—including RMS-driven insights—to identify patterns, improve forecasting accuracy, and support data-driven commercial decision-making.
Stakeholder Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a key point of contact for individual hotel properties, providing guidance and hands-on operational revenue support.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align pricing, demand strategies, campaigns, and promotional activity.
Support the evaluation and execution of sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and demand-generation activity from a revenue perspective.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure revenue strategies are effectively implemented at property level.
Support the rollout of new systems, processes, and revenue initiatives as the group continues to expand.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven analytical experience with a strong commercial and data-driven mindset.
Experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS) in a hotel environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and complex data manipulation.
