💼 The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Team Leader to coach and support our Lowestoft Supported Living homes delivering round the clock care. You’ll be the vital link between team members and management—driving quality, culture, and consistency.

  • 18.5 hours a week

  • Sleep-ins: £65/night | Sunday & Bank Holiday Enhancements

🚗 Driving Makes a Difference! You’ll need to be able to drive to support individuals in accessing their local community and enjoying greater independence

Important Requirement (Genuine Occupational Requirement)This position involves providing personal care in line with the customer’s Care and Support Plan. To meet the customer’s expressed needs regarding dignity and privacy, a male Team Leader is required for this role under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

✅ What You’ll Need:

  • Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Strong communication, leadership, and IT skills
