They oversee food preparation for their station, ensure dishes are cooked and presented according to standards, manage junior kitchen staff working in their section, and maintain cleanliness and organization. A Chef de Partie reports to the Sous Chef and Head Chef and plays a key role in keeping kitchen service running smoothly and efficiently.

About the role
Key Responsibilities:
You will report to and take direction from the Executive Head Chef. Your main areas of responsibility will include, but are not confined to:-
Assisting with managing the production of food to an exceptional standard
Assisting with the creation of imaginative menus
Implementing, monitoring and complying with food hygiene and HACCP procedures
Implementing, monitoring and complying with Health & Safety Procedures
Ensuring quality control procedures are implemented and adhered to
Stock rotation, ordering & recording as required
Assisting with the management and supervision of kitchen brigade, particularly in the absence of the Executive Head Chef.
Assisting with training of kitchen brigade
Maintaining regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and personal hygiene
Requirements:
Must be a self-starter, with a positive attitude and good communication skills with fluent English.
Available to work early and late shifts both midweek and weekend.
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years relative experience in a restaurant / hotel
Highly organised, strong team player and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
