The Vacancy
Healthcare Ireland Group is Northern Ireland’s most progressive independent provider of residential, nursing and specialist care. Following an exciting period of organic and acquisitive growth we’ve a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter.
You will join a fast paced but friendly environment where you will source the very best talent for roles across the group. You’ll be given the autonomy to manage your day-to-day workload while being well supported by your senior colleagues.
What you'll be doing:
Proactively attract, source and select, through a variety of channels, the right people to meet the business needs of today, and the strategic needs of the future.
Managing candidates through all aspects of the recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, providing candidate feedback, extending offers and supporting through the onboarding process.
Partnering with home managers and administrators to manage recruitment needs to ensure requirements across your portfolio are delivered.
Building and maintaining, internal and external networks throughout the group and the industry to gain a solid understanding of the relevant markets and competitor landscape and be able to provide market intelligence to senior colleagues.
Delivering meaningful analysis to support evaluation and decision making.
Contributing to develop the group’s recruitment strategy.
Reporting on and analysis of staffing numbers.
Visiting designated homes regularly to assist in the recruitment process were required.
Attending recruitment events to meet the needs of the role.
Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required as designated by management.
About the role
Experience:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience within an administrative role.
Previous end-to-end recruitment experience is essential (internal or agency)
Demonstrable track record in recruitment
Good communication skills at all levels
Ability to manage conflicting priorities, adapt to change and work at pace
Ideally previous experience of healthcare recruitment and knowledge of healthcare compliance
Degree-level education is desirable but not essential
