Night Porter (Part Time)
The 4-star Maritime Hotel, certified as a Great Place to Work, is currently seeking a part time Night Porter to join our dedicated team. This role includes weekends, with occasional day shifts as required.
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, efficient, and helpful service to guests.
Assist with luggage, directions, and general guest queries.
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and night reception duties.
Support guest needs in the lobby (transport, amenities, etc.).
Ensure hotel and guest security during night hours.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer-facing or hospitality roles preferred.
Friendly, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
