Care Assistants

We are looking for Care Assistants to work in the following areas: Ashington, Billingshurst, Broadbridge Heath, Cowfold, Henfield, Horsham, Littlehaven, Partridge Green, Pulborough, Small Dole, Southwater, Steyning, Storrington, Upper Beeding, Washington, West Chiltington, and West Grinstead.

As a Care Assistant at Caremark Pulborough you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in daily life. The role involves providing personal care, assisting with meal preparation, offering medication support, and giving companionship to reduce loneliness and improve well‑being. Our Care Assistants also help customers stay active in their community and ensure their routines are followed safely and respectfully.

The position requires a caring nature, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality care and support. No prior experience is needed, as full training is provided. Caremark Pulborough and Horsham emphasises delivering care that mirrors the support a family member would give, focusing on dignity, reliability, and person‑centred care.
