About the role

Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent standards of care in accordance with our policies and procedures

  • Support, lead, and supervise a care team to promote person-centred care and independence while maintaining the dignity and respect of our residents

  • Assess residents' care needs and develop care plans to enhance their quality of life

  • Oversee medicine management, ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation

  • Liaise and communicate effectively with visitors, regulators, relatives, and other stakeholders

  • Conduct regular audits and action plans as part of our Quality Assurance policy

  • Maintain accurate documentation efficiently and effectively at all times
