About the role
Role & Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent standards of care in accordance with our policies and procedures
Support, lead, and supervise a care team to promote person-centred care and independence while maintaining the dignity and respect of our residents
Assess residents' care needs and develop care plans to enhance their quality of life
Oversee medicine management, ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation
Liaise and communicate effectively with visitors, regulators, relatives, and other stakeholders
Conduct regular audits and action plans as part of our Quality Assurance policy
Maintain accurate documentation efficiently and effectively at all times
