Production Operative (Warehouse)

As part of our continued growth and investment, we are now seeking additional Warehouse Production Operatives to join our expanding team in 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an innovative, fast‑paced environment working with modern warehouse systems and production equipment.
As a Warehouse Production Operative at Brett Martin Ltd, you will work:
12‑hour continental day shifts including weekends
Average 40.25 hours per week.
7 shifts in every 14‑day period.
You’ll be joining a workplace that values teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement — with opportunities to develop new skills and contribute to a high‑performing warehouse operation.
About the role
Core Duties
Inspect and package finished products to the required quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Handle non‑conforming products in accordance with established procedures.
Learn new processes and support ongoing training activities.
Carry out picking duties accurately and efficiently.
Put products away in designated storage locations.
Assist with loading vehicles in line with safety and operational requirements.
Forklift Operation
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently as required.
Move raw materials, finished goods, and waste to designated areas.
Carry out daily forklift safety checks and follow site traffic rules.
Support production flow by ensuring materials are delivered to the line on time.
Health & Safety
Work safely and follow all Health & Safety regulations.
Report hazards promptly.
Dispose of waste correctly and prevent environmental issues.
Maintain high housekeeping standards.
Communication & Conduct
Maintain clear communication with the Team Leader.
Treat colleagues fairly and respectfully.
Follow the Equal Opportunities Policy.
Carry out any reasonable additional duties.
