An Chúirt Hotel is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our front office team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a welcoming hotel known for its warm hospitality and stunning surroundings.
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive first impression
Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Handling reservations via phone, email, and online systems
Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
Responding to guest queries and providing local information
Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining a professional front desk environment at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
A professional appearance and positive attitude
Good computer skills (experience with hotel booking systems is an advantage)
Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
