The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part Time Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising conference and event operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and leading the team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate conference and banqueting events from setup to breakdown

  • Lead, motivate, and support the events team during service

  • Ensure rooms are set up according to event specifications and company standards

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery

  • Maintain high standards of customer service at all times

  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations

  • Assist with staff training and performance management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within conference, banqueting, or hospitality operations

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
