Locality Manager – Residential Services
Location: Marston Green, Birmingham Salary: Up to £34,500 plus £1,800 Car Allowance

Midway Care Group is seeking an experienced Locality Manager to oversee our residential services in Marston Green. About the role
About the Role:
As a Locality Manager, you will:
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management across our residential services.
Ensure services meet and exceed CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain person-centred care plans that promote dignity, choice and quality of life.
Recruit, train and develop a motivated team to deliver outstanding care.
Build positive relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safeguarding protocols and relevant legislation are fully adhered to.
Drive continuous improvement and proactively address any service shortfalls.
Respond to new referrals, complete comprehensive assessments, and ensure occupancy targets are achieved.
Monitor staff performance through regular supervision and appraisals, supporting ongoing development.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability and innovation within the residential services.
What We're Looking For:
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Proven experience managing residential care services or similar care settings.
Strong leadership skills with a compassionate and proactive approach.
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel between services as required.
