Über die Position
In dieser Rolle sind Sie für alle sicherheitsrelevanten Abläufe auf dem Gelände unseres Kunden verantwortlich und übernehmen darüber hinaus vielfältige zusätzliche Aufgaben.
Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag, Tagschicht. Flexibilität ist erforderlich.

Ihre Aufgaben
Freundlicher, professioneller Kundenservice und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten
Schutz und Sicherung aller Vermögenswerte des Kunden: Mitarbeitende, Gebäude und Eigentum – mit klarem Fokus auf Personenschutz
Schnelles und angemessenes Reagieren in Notfallsituationen sowie enge Abstimmung mit dem Kundenmanagement
Durchführung der Zugangskontrolle inkl. Nutzung der vom Kunden bereitgestellten Systeme
Erkennen, Dokumentieren und Melden von Sicherheitsrisiken oder -lücken
Regelmäßige Rundgänge anhand definierter Checklisten sowie Weitergabe der Ergebnisse an das Management
Effektive Nutzung interner IT-, Kommunikations- und Kollaborationssysteme
Erstellung aller erforderlichen Berichte und Dokumentationen
Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben entsprechend den Anforderungen des Kunden
Ihr Profil
2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unternehmenssicherheit; Erfahrung am Empfang eines Unternehmens ist von Vorteil
Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Erfahrung im Berichtswesen und in Präsentationen
Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu priorisieren und zuverlässig zu bearbeiten
Professionelles Auftreten und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
Hohe Serviceorientierung
Sicheres, kultursensitives Kommunizieren auf allen Ebenen
Sicherer Umgang mit neuen Technologien und die Bereitschaft, Innovationen voranzutreiben
