We’re currently seeking a Laundry Assistant (Part Time– 15 hours) to join our team at Nenagh Manor Nursing Home, Yewston, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. If you're reliable, organised, and want a role that makes a visible impact — we’d love to hear from you.

Are available to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
Work well independently and as part of a team
Are reliable, organised, and proactive in your approach
Have experience in a laundry, housekeeping, or care setting (preferred)
Understand hygiene standards and infection control
Want to contribute meaningfully to residents' day-to-day comfort

About the role
What You’ll Do
As a Part Time Laundry Assistant, you’ll support the smooth running of our laundry service — helping ensure that all linen, clothing, and personal items are laundered to a professional standard.
In this role, you will:
Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold clothing and linen
Remove stains using appropriate methods and care
Follow daily and weekly laundry schedules
Maintain a clean and organised laundry area
Keep track of laundry supplies and report when stock is low
Report any damage or issues related to clothing or equipment
Deliver a respectful and dignified service to all residents
