About the Role

As a Carer, you will play a vital role in supporting older people to live their lives with dignity, choice, and independence. You will be part of a close-knit care community where relationships matter and every interaction counts.

What You’ll Do

• Provide person-centred care with warmth, respect, and compassion

• Support residents with personal care, nutrition, hydration, mobility, and comfort

• Take time to listen, reassure, and build meaningful relationships

• Promote choice, independence, and individual outcomes

• Notice changes in wellbeing and take initiative to act or escalate concerns

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals

• Create a calm, homely, and welcoming environment for everyone
