Serenity Spa at The Rose Hotel, Tralee is currently inviting applications for the role of Spa Therapist
We have either a full or part time position available.
Role and Responsibilities:
· To carry out all treatments as per Elemis standard
· To ensure that all treatment rooms are set up as per SOP
· To ensure that Relaxation Room is maintained as per SOP
· To ensure that all bookings are taken as per SOP, with emphasis on upselling treatments wherever possible
· To ensure that a full and thorough consultation is carried out with each guest
· To ensure that retail products are promoted after all treatments
· To ensure that the highest standards of hygiene are maintained in all areas of the Spa
· To ensure that the highest standards of hygiene are met in the Locker Rooms
· To ensure that the highest standards of hygiene are met in the Thermal Suite
· To ensure you clean and stock correctly as per SOP
. To attend training both internally and externally
. To provide the highest level of customer service to your clients
About the role
Serenity Spa boasts 3 bespoke treatment rooms, all featuring heated massage beds, mood lighting and exquisite décor designed to illicit a luxurious yet calming atmosphere. Our Relaxation room has a unique waterwall, and our guests can also visit our steam room and sauna.
Our chosen spa product is ELEMIS skincare therapy mirrors our devotion to all things chick, and as advocated of the Elemis range we are able to off the ever popular Biotec Technology Facials.
Spa Therapist
An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Therapist to join our award winning Serenity Spa in The Rose Hotel, Tralee, Co. Kerry.
This outgoing and highly motivated individual will be part of the team in this boutique Spa
The therapist will be involved in all aspects of treatments - i.e. massage/facials etc.
For the ideal candidate this could either be a full or part time role.
Requirements
· The ideal individual will hold ITEC or CIBTAC and CIDESCO qualification and ideally have 2 or more years therapist experience within a spa or beauty salon environment .
· Excellent written and spoken levels of English.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Computer literacy including excellent Microsoft / Excel skills
· Required to work weekends and public holidays
· Previous experience with Elemis skincare an advantage
