Role and Responsibilities:
Manage the Hotel's Two Bars and Function Bar
Ensure team are trained in SOP's, and delivering agreed service levels
Achieve budgeted revenue targets
Grow sales through sales and marketing campaigns and activities
Ensure training is delivered to the team
Ensure drinks menus are on trend, costed accurately and innovative
Ensure rosters are done in line with business levels and that Payroll % is achieved
Manage beverage inventory, ensuring GP % is maintained, responsible for stock orders, stock security
Manage the beverage stock take process with external stock taker
Ensure that Food Safety Audit Scores of 92% are achieved for the Bars
Ensure that team members' appraisals and job chats are completed and that statutory training is completed
Responsible for hiring team members and performance management
Conduct regular OS&E stocktakes and order as required
Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained, and that all equipment is operational, reporting defective equipment to the maintenance department
Manager on Duty Shifts as Required
About the role
Candidate Requirements:
Expereince in 4* or 5* hotels or luxury hospitality environment
Experience managing or supervising standards led F&B Outlets
