Home Assistant
We are looking for a pro active and friendly Home Assistant to join our team working 20 hours per week over 4 shifts.
If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy a variety of tasks in your workday, this could be the position for you!
About the role
You will be responsible for
- Satellite kitchens management: take charge of the kitchen, ensuring effective stock rotation, date labelling and overall cleanliness.
- Refreshments service: offer refreshments to visitors and residents, contributing to a hospitable and comfortable environment.
Cinema preparation: prepare the cinema for use, including making popcorn and drinks, to enhance our residents entertainment experience.
- Shop Maintenance: Maintain the on-site shop and operate the mobile shop, bringing goods directly to the households and ensuring residents have easy access to essential items.
Working for an established care provider like Ashmere, you start your journey with us by attending our monthly new starter company induction with all new joiners from all of our homes. We will kit you out with uniform, pay for your DBS check, provide you with regular training and maybe even spoil you with cake from time to time!
